This four-story, 24-unit Portland apartment building offers 2,500 square feet of commercial retail space on the ground floor, bicycle storage, and a gym for residents. Outside, the building showcases a unique combination of brick veneer and slate siding at the upper levels. Aluminum panels add contrast between windows, along with a detailed engraving of seashells.
