The project at 31 Court Street was a full renovation to a masonry office building. Hebert played a critical role in design and budgeting for the project. Due to the immediate need for use of the space and an undecided design from the tenant, Hebert commenced construction on a time and material basis. This allowed for construction to occur concurrently with design. A complete demolition of the interior was performed to re-insulate the building and create a usable and energy-efficient professional office space. The project includes customized interior glass walls, private offices, break rooms and the incorporation of an existing circular staircase. The construction schedule was fast-tracked so that construction was completed within sixteen weeks from mobilization to the building.
