Safety & Subcontractors

At Hebert Construction, safety isn't just a policy—it's a core value. We're committed to creating a work environment where every team member feels safe and protected on the job.

Safety First,

Quality Always

we build safety into every project, ensuring quality results every time.

Our dedicated safety protocols—from daily task risk assessments to continuous safety training—ensure that our team members work in an environment that prioritizes their wellbeing.

We’re committed to continuous improvement, partnering with leading safety organizations like ABC Maine and SafetyWorks to enhance our program. These collaborations provide valuable insights, proven strategies, and expert knowledge, allowing us to stay ahead of industry standards. Rigorous third-party evaluations further refine our safety practices and ensure we’re providing the safest possible work environment for our team.

We believe that safety is a shared responsibility, extending beyond our own team to include every subcontractor we partner with. By aligning with subcontractors who prioritize safety, we build projects on a foundation of trust and accountability, ensuring that everyone on site shares the goal of a zero-incident workplace.
